Your company has been very disrespectful to customers. Last week I called for three days just to top my credit and they wanted to call me back but after waiting for 3hrs and someone will just call and it will often rang ones before I pick the call the caller will just drop the call showing they were not even ready to attend to me..This happens everyday! It takes me one week to be able to top my credit with Bos Revolution and that is ridiculous.I have started thinking about changing to another company. Thanks!
